At the heart of this approach lies a deeply meaningful Japanese concept.
At Ker Ikigaï, expertise flows across boundaries. We don’t work in silos — we connect knowledge, test ideas, and reinvent ways of working.
Our approach is deeply human: grounded in active listening, agile movement, and openness to other worlds. With both flexibility and precision, and a strong creative current, we co-design paths that make sense — and meaning.
Our work is guided by five core principles:
Weaving knowledge — Linking experiences, cultures, and sectors
Moving with agility — Navigating complexity and fostering collaboration
Cultivating alignment — Balancing strategic depth with human care
Creating differently — Harnessing creativity as a driver for transformation
Blurring boundaries — Expanding beyond mental, linguistic, and geographic limits
This isn’t just a method — it’s a mindset. One that is attentive, engaged, and vibrantly alive.
Ker Ikigaï was born from an interweaving — of a life journey, an inner world, and a Japanese word that once crossed my path. Ikigaï: that which makes us want to get up in the morning. That feeling of knowing why we are here. And Ker: home, hearth, in Breton. A place to anchor.
This is how the name came to define both my work and a house to be built within oneself. An invitation to connect what we love, what we’re good at, what the world needs, and what we can be valued for. An inner endeavor, perfectly translatable to the professional sphere.
I won’t lead you there — I walk alongside you, bringing the tools I carry. What I long searched for, I now share with clarity and care. And each person, in turn, creates their own Ker Ikigaï.
