Let me introduce myself

Vintage 1972, born in Rennes, Brittany, France

After more than 25 years abroad, I chose to return to Brittany — drawn by a deep love for my roots. Here, I’ve reconnected with calm, nature, and the sea — a space conducive to clarity, listening, and transmission.

My journey

Graduated with a Two-year technical degree in International Trade and a degree equivalent to a Master’s in International Negotiation (ESCI Fontainebleau), I pursued an academic path enriched by studies in economics and advertising in Germany (FHS Pforzheim), and graphic design training in Tokyo.

Professionally, I’ve held senior positions, notably at Mitsubishi Electric, where I became the first non-Japanese employee to be expatriated from the European headquarters to Japan. Two years later, I received a distinction for excellence in Key Account Management. More recently, at Ricola AG, I honed my skills in international marketing, communication, and operations.

Alongside this, I completed numerous internal professional trainings in management, business languages, and organizational tools.

Between two major corporate phases — one within a Japanese multinational, the other in a renowned Swiss family-owned company — I also worked independently in Japan, exploring my creative, relational, and linguistic strengths, including a foray into media.

More recently, a long-standing intuition resurfaced: I completed a two-year training in naturopathy, recentring my approach around the human being as a driver of lasting transformation. This dimension now fully informs how I support individuals and organizations — with structure, sensitivity, and embodiment.

And today…

Through Ker Ikigaï, I offer guidance that blends strategy, meaning, and grounding.

And just a side note: I also hold certification in emergency first aid (PSC1) and a boating license — because supporting transformation also means knowing how to stay on course… and avoid the rocks.
